Framed option:

Professionally mounted in a sleek, modern floater frame for a refined look. Frames have a stylish floating design, with a 1 cm gap between canvas and frame, giving your artwork a sophisticated, gallery-style finish.

Each frame is approx. 4,5 cm deep and adds a refined finish to your print.

Unframed option: 

Printed on a 3 cm deep canvas with the image stretched around the sides, it looks polished and professional, just like artwork in a gallery.

Delivered ready to hang immediately, with pre-installed hardware.

Your canvas will be printed and shipped from:
 

• Spain or Czech Republic, depending on your location

• If you're in the UK, it will ship directly from within the UK

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days once the print is ready. 

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.

Your artwork will arrive safely packed and ready to hang.

Return & Damage Policy

I care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident when placing your order.

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please get in touch with me within 2 days of delivery at:  info@marisolevora.art



Please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• A clear photo of the barcode label from the packaging
• Clear photos showing the damage to the print or frame

My professional print partner will review your request. If the issue qualifies, a replacement or refund will be issued based on the condition and details provided.


You do not need to return the damaged print.

What Can’t Be Returned or Replaced

Since each print is made just for you, I am not able to offer refunds or reprints in these cases:
 

• You chose the wrong size, frame color, or artwork when ordering

• You changed your mind after the item arrived
